Assaka Nisrine , a 20 years old business student from Meknes Morocco is passionate about writing , social media management and public speaking . That’s why she was oriented toward Business studies, in order to be able to associate her carrier and passion.

Her passion for public speaking started in a very young age, when she was in first year of high school. According to Ms. Assaka, “it made me strong both emotionally and mentally to face different public without being afraid of judgment, not only that but also , public speaking helped me a lot with developing my criticize thinking ,and my will to search for information.” Moreover, she uses this information in order to create her own articles and speeches.

In 2014, Ms. Assaka discovered MUN world (Model United Nations conferences) where she found out about change making trough debating and making world resolution for delicate issues. The year after 2015 she had applied for a national Moroccan public speaking competition called Black voices (a competition to honor African American leaders) where she was a finalist.

Ms. Assaka adds, 2016 was the year of my real changes, I became the director of fundraising of Moroccan National Debate Team but I left this position and became a blogger for a Moroccan website calls THE VERY NORMAL GIRLS where I felt so happy writing about life issues and motivating girls to work hard on their dreams, Now I’m a writer in an online magazine "connecting the World" like the name say, a magazine for sharing positivity, opportunities, motivation. She lives by the quote

"SHE TURNS HER CANTS INTO CANS AND DREAMS INTO PLANS BECAUSE SHE BELIEVES THAT PASSION AND HARD WORK ARE THEY KEY OF SUCCESS.”

How do you motivae the youths living in developing world for the better future?

The main issues in developing countries are lack of funds invested in education and opportunities for youths to express themselves. So in order to motivate them to be more productive and passionate about what they are doing, most of opportunities should be funded and we have to look for airlines sponsorships to reduce plane tickets for overseas opportunities.

Also we should Give them a chance, make such interest relating to their skills and make them feel part of the change, and most important figure out the passion they can give relating to activities, opinions. To create such freedom speech and express themselves in a good way for better change.

In addition to that, we can use digital motivation for a more global awareness because one of the most problems is lack of information, they want to build themselves to achieve their goals but they don’t how or where to start. So, coaching and giving them an efficient education are very important. Last but not least, developing world youths are full of passion and motivation but they need opportunities to express themselves.
