Luay Masalkhi has a master of Arts in financial Management (USA), studied International Diploma in Sales Management and Marketing (UK), and Bachelor degree in Economics (Syria).
Through his educational training and employment in Arab International University, he gained valuable experiences in instructional and administrative duties. he acquired strong interpersonal skills by working with diverse groups of staff and students.
He interest about European Union programs of contributing towards the development of human resources and the international co-operation capacity of higher education institutions in third-countries through increased mobility streams between the EU and third-countries in accordance with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
He is looking forward to meeting people from all over the world, getting to know their beliefs and opinions and learning to deal with differences.He regard to enlarge his professional knowledge, and to enrich his abilities in the social and intercultural fields.
How do you motivate the youths living in developing world for the better future?
Through my experience from working in a multicultural environment like university which is an ideal place to meet youths, The diverse community is a good factor to create a dynamic world for youths.In addition to that, workshops, seminars, and programs of mobility exchange between universities can play a vital role in motivating youths.
