Senior/Principal Lecturer at Coventry University, UK has announced the vacancy. This is an exciting time to join Coventry University and the School of Psychological, Social and Behavioural Sciences. The University is looking to appoint an outstanding and experienced professional in Occupational &Business Psychology to join our highly regarded, and student-focused team. The successful post-holder will take a lead in the Occupational and Business Psychology team, and help to deliver through clear, supportive and collaborative leadership in the next phase of the School’s ambitious growth and development plan. Working with the School’s, Deputy Head and Associate Heads of School, the post holder will be pivotal in realizing new course provision, whilst acting as a Course Director. This role provides an excellent opportunity to help shape the direction of Occupational and Business Psychology at Coventry University over the next period.

Eligibility
Applicants must hold a PhD and publications or equivalent outputs or (if from Professional practice background) a good Honours/Masters Degree and appropriate professional qualifications and/or membership and or equivalent professional qualifications that might be considered as equivalent to a PhD. Applicants must demonstrate an experience of delivering in an educational setting.
Coventry University offers academic support and professional development support and provides the opportunity for staff without a recognised teaching qualification to undertake the PGCE.
