The Democratic Alliance Young Leaders Programme
The Democratic Alliance Young Leaders Programme (YLP) is a leadership development program for young South Africans who are committed to the values of the Democratic Alliance (DA). The program is designed to help fellows develop their leadership skills, gain exposure to politics and governance, and build a network of peers from across South Africa.
The DA is a South African political party that is committed to democracy, social justice, and economic transformation. The YLP is one of the DA’s flagship programs, and it has helped to train over 1,000 leaders from across South Africa since its inception in 2005.
