The 2024 Taiwan AID NGO Fellowship is tailored for NGO Professionals eager to delve into Taiwan’s NGO landscape. Participants will gain practical experience and insights into NGO operations in Taiwan during this month-long program. This marks the second iteration of the fellowship, encompassing airfare, meals, accommodation, and a per diem for the three-week placement. The outcome of the Taiwan AID NGO Fellowship Program
- The Taiwan AID NGO Fellowship aims to bring NGO professionals from diverse backgrounds so they can learn more about the Taiwan NGO system. Fellows will be placed in different NGOs according to their profession.
- Fellows will be expected to propose a project draft at the end of the program for future cooperation in their home countries. This will be beneficial for both NGOs for future collaboration.

Eligibility Criteria of Taiwan AID NGO Fellowship
- NGO professionals from 25 to 40 years old.
- Fellow professional background in Community development, environment, education, gender, human rights, media and information technology, LGBTQ+, medical service, and social welfare. Outstanding applicants from other NGO fields will also be considered.
- Should have at least three years of work experience in the NGO sector.
- Should be from Southeast Asia: Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, Bhutan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia.
