Benefits

  • There shall be no bond of service in Singapore attached to the scholarship.
  • The monthly stipend is shown in the table below.
  • Singapore Citizen: $3,200
  • Permanent Resident: $2,400
  • International Student: $2,300
  • For Singapore Citizens, Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions shall be provided at a rate pegged to the prevailing employer’s contribution rate set by CPF on top of the monthly stipend received.
  • The Scholarship will also cover the amount of Research Fee and Computer Fee for a maximum of two years of study.

Eligibility for Pradap Kow Scholarship

  • The applicant must be enrolled in the National Institute of Education’s Master of Education program (by research).
  • The research area must directly impact Singaporean pedagogy or educational policy.
  • Singaporeans or permanent residents would be given preference.
