Eligibility Criteria for FWWMUN Rome 2025
FWWMUN Rome 2025 is open to both school students and university students between 14 and 28 years old. Whether you’re new to Model UN or a seasoned delegate, you’ll find a welcoming environment to grow and thrive.
- Delegates: Must be between 14 and 28 years old. No prior MUN experience is required, making it a perfect entry point for newcomers as well as experienced participants.
- Observers: Open to those aged 14 to 28 who wish to observe the conference and learn about the MUN experience without actively participating in the debates.
- Faculty Advisors: Must be at least 21 years old. Faculty Advisors accompany delegations and ensure the smooth running of student groups throughout the conference.

- Committee and Country Assignments: From December 30, 2024
- Position Paper Submission: January 26, 2025
How to Register and Participate
- Individual Registration: Students can register individually if not part of a delegation.
- Delegation Registration: Groups from schools, universities, or MUN clubs must register as a delegation. A minimum of 5 delegates is required, with one faculty advisor for groups with minors.
- Local Delegation Benefits: Delegates from Italy benefit from discounted fees and no delegation fee. Faculty Advisors participate for free!
