Using your outstanding skills in project management, communication, and persuasion, and your sharp political acumen, you’ll manage Amnesty’s new project incubating and strengthening new approaches to confront the politics of demonization.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering action plan for Amnesty’s Us vs Them project, to strengthen its capabilities to focus on issues that resonate with a “persuadable majority”
- Identifying, documenting, supporting, and building visibility of the most exciting and effective pieces of work in Amnesty in confronting the politics of demonization.
- Managing innovation fund to seed new initiatives in the Amnesty movement which will advance these strategies.
- Building innovative communities of practice across the Amnesty movement and facilitating the exchange of information between multiple entities in different regions
- Undertaking fundraising initiatives for the Us vs Them project, including supporting grant applications and providing reporting as required.
- Bringing experience from the Us vs Them into the process of developing Amnesty’s next set of strategic goals.
