Become a YOJO Reporter – Paid 1–2 Year Journalism Placement in Athens
The YOJO (Young Journalists) Program by iMEdD offers an incredible opportunity for emerging journalists to work in a dynamic newsroom in Athens, Greece. This fully paid program includes hands-on reporting experience, mentorship, and cutting-edge storytelling techniques for a duration of 12 or 24 months, starting January 2026.

Who Can Apply?
- Final-year students or recent graduates (since October 2023)
- Fluent in English (Greek is a bonus, not required)
- Curious, ethical, and ready to tell impactful stories
- No previous newsroom experience needed
- Able to relocate to Athens and commit full-time

- Cohort Size: ~20 participants (40% English-language, 60% Greek-language)
