Join the World Youth Leadership Conference (WYLC) 2026 in Singapore

The World Youth Leadership Conference (WYLC) stands as one of the world’s most inspiring gatherings for emerging youth leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. Organized by Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp INC (GEB INC) — a globally recognized non-profit promoting entrepreneurship and leadership — WYLC aims to unite 200 young leaders from over 50 countries under one transformative vision:
to inspire leadership, foster collaboration, and empower youth to create lasting global impact.

The 2026 edition of WYLC will take place in the dynamic and forward-thinking city of Singapore from 15–16 January 2026, providing a vibrant backdrop for innovation, diversity, and dialogue.

Conference Theme & Vision

The 2026 conference carries the theme:
“Uniting Global Youth for Transformative Leadership.”
This theme encapsulates WYLC’s mission — to nurture the next generation of leaders capable of driving change in their societies and industries through courage, compassion, and creativity.

Through an engaging mix of keynote talks, interactive workshops, panel discussions, networking sessions, and cultural experiences, participants will explore global challenges and learn actionable leadership skills.

Program Highlights

Over two dynamic days in Singapore, WYLC will feature:

1. Inspiring Keynote Addresses

World-class speakers — including social entrepreneurs, policymakers, youth icons, and global innovators — will share their experiences and insights on leadership, sustainability, technology, and inclusive growth.

2. Leadership & Innovation Workshops

Interactive sessions designed to sharpen communication, decision-making, and entrepreneurial thinking. Participants will engage in problem-solving activities addressing climate change, gender equality, education, and peacebuilding.

3. Panel Discussions & Networking Forums

Young delegates will collaborate with experts and peers from multiple sectors — education, business, government, and civil society — to exchange ideas and co-create projects that can make a tangible difference globally.

4. Cultural Exchange & Global Friendships

WYLC celebrates diversity. The conference includes cultural presentations, global night events, and informal gatherings that allow participants to experience the multicultural essence of Singapore.

5. WYLC Awards & Recognition Ceremony

Outstanding delegates and projects will be honored for leadership, innovation, and community impact — symbolizing excellence in action.

WYLC welcomes students, youth leaders, social entrepreneurs, professionals, and community activists aged typically between 18–35 who are eager to develop their leadership capacity and make global connections.
