Fully Funded EnPAx Conference Fellows Program 2026
The Environmental Peacebuilding Association (EnPAx) invites applications for its Conference Fellows Program 2026, offering an exceptional opportunity for students, early-career researchers and entry-level practitioners to engage in the field of environmental peacebuilding. This fellowship supports emerging professionals to participate fully in the Fourth International Conference on Environmental Peacebuilding, to be held in Ottawa, Canada, in June 2026.
Programme Highlights
The Fellows programme combines online learning, in-person training and mentorship with financial support to ensure participation of individuals from under-represented or under-resourced communities. Key elements include:
- A series of online roundtables and workshops (Jan–July 2026) focused on core themes and case studies in environmental peacebuilding.
- An intensive in-person training in Ottawa (June 2026) on project management, community organising and applied environmental peace-practice followed by participation in the conference.
- Mentored writing and publication of policy-relevant short articles by Fellows, to support professional development and contribute to the field.

To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a student, emerging professional, or early-career researcher or practitioner with a strong interest in environmental peacebuilding.
- Hold a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada in June 2026. (Visa support will be provided in conjunction with the University of Ottawa)
