NL Scholarship 2026–27 (Fully Funded Scholarships in Europe)

• Be admitted (or about to be admitted) to a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s programme at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions
• Pay the institutional tuition fee (i.e., not eligible for the lower EU/EEA tuition fee)
• Have never previously studied as a full-degree student in the Netherlands (exchange or short programme might be excluded)
• Meet the admission and English language requirements of the institution you apply to

• First apply for your chosen programme at a participating Dutch university or university of applied sciences
• After you are admitted, submit the scholarship application as specified by your institution
• Application deadlines vary by institution—frequently around 1 February for Master’s programmes—but you must check the deadline of your specific institution
