Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, briefings, demos, and problem-solving sessions

Eligibility & Experience Highlights

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in managing or coordinating change management initiatives
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance
• Experience in multicultural and matrixed environments
• Familiarity with human-centered or people-centered design is an advantage
• Prosci or similar change management certification preferred
