Hosted by the National Youth Commission Philippines, the program will take place in Manila, Philippines, from May 5 to 10, 2026, bringing together youth delegates to discuss key regional issues and represent youth voices at the ASEAN level.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet strict eligibility requirements.
- Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
- Age between 18 and 30 years
- Single status
- Strong English communication skills
- Valid passport (until December 10, 2026)
- COVID-19 vaccination with at least one booster
- Ability to travel and attend the full program

- Students (university, college, or vocational institutions)
- Entrepreneurs or social entrepreneurs
- Young professionals (government, private sector, NGOs)
- Individuals with interest in:

- Experience in volunteerism or youth advocacy is an advantage
