
Applications are now open for the McKinsey Immersion Bootcamp (MiB) 2026, an exclusive three-day in-person learning experience designed for students interested in exploring a career in management consulting. Organized by McKinsey & Company, one of the world’s leading management consulting firms, the bootcamp offers participants a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the consulting profession, develop essential consulting skills, and connect with experienced consultants working across Africa.
The bootcamp will take place from 7–9 August 2026 and is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from diverse academic backgrounds who are passionate about creating impact and contributing to Africa’s development.
