Responsibilities
Interns will support administration and operations activities, including:
- Preparing financial and accounting documents
- Managing calendars, correspondence, and contact databases
- Supporting procurement, logistics, and asset management
- Assisting with workshops, meetings, and international conferences
- Coordinating travel and event logistics
- Providing translation and interpretation support
- Supporting internal digital tools and office systems
- Assisting with sustainability and Greening UNDP initiatives
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and special projects

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
