This scholarship will cover your full-time tuition and education cost for the whole program. In addition to that, it also covers living stipend and other allowances. Also, it covers health insurance for international students in Australia (OHSC) in terms of international students.
Basically, there is no separate application process for this scholarship. You will be assessed right after you submit your course application. However, there is no specific deadline for this application. But you must apply for course application before the last deadline to qualify for the scholarship process. But the application deadline for an existing student is 31 October 2019.
