Masaryk University is the second largest university in the country of Czech Republic. Roles and responsibilities

• lecturing and teaching subjects and courses according to the curriculum of the Department of Mathematics
• supervising Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
• supervising students and helping Head of Department with the course-related activities

Qualifications and requirements 

University is seeking following requirements in the incumbent lecturer for Department of Applied Mathematics

• master’s degree in Mathematics or relevant discipline
• ability to lecture in Czech and English
• teaching experience in Statistics
• knowledge of statistic software
• good command of the TEX system
• commencing studies or enroll in a Ph.D. program is an asset
• teaching experience is an advantage
• active participation in international scientific conferences or in a specialized seminar held in English
