Roles and responsibilities
- Manage the cabin operations and catering services to ensure smooth operation, making decisions on the spot and taking accountability for operational, product and service on-board
- Ensuring the service standards and procedures affirming the Company’s boundless commitment to excellence are executed. You will ensure all aspects of the crew reporting and crew operation are delivered as required, safety standards are maintained and that the corporate image of QE is reflected consistently on every flight
- Develop strategy and plan effective role of various operational-related functions within the department, design, strategize and implement new processes in order to simplify operational procedures
- Ensure strategic planning and development in order to confirm that cabin crew are provided tactical and purposeful information, ensuring that they are carried out in a professional environment, covering information such as flight specific details, passengers with special needs, addressing passenger complaints, special requirements of passengers, aircraft type and catering requirements
- Develop and implement processes and procedures within the cabin operation to provide Cabin Crew with proficient and effective operational support services and work together with the Performance Team and include their input for developing Cabin Operations manual.
Required qualifications
- Diploma or training in relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in the relevant field
- Prior experience in Business Aviation is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Prior experience in Business Aviation is essential
- Strong background in both in-flight and ground services functions
