Duties
The incumbent will do the following duties
- Develop face-to-face and on-line diversity education and training workshops as they relate to historical, current, and emerging issues and topics. Additionally, coordinate the timing and method of delivery of face-to-face and on-line diversity education and training programs.
- Provide customized presentations on diversity-related issues and topics.
- Also, develop, oversee, and promote a diversity certification program for faculty and staff.
- Administer all stages of the Inclusion Champion Certificate Program (facilitation, documentation/record-keeping, awarding, communication).
- Furthermore. work with the Chief Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Officer, Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) team, and other colleagues to assess, monitor, and evaluate education and training activities.
- Similarly, oversee and supervise a process by which training data will be accurately collected and reported; work with the graduate assistant to track evaluation trends.
- Also, engage in consultations throughout UCF to assist with specific D&I questions, challenges, and concerns.
- Additionally, provide customized presentations, by request, on diversity-related topics in classrooms, clubs and programs, and for community organizations.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
