Welcome to the official website of the 2018 11th International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ICCEE 2018). The conference will be held in Tokyo, Japan on October 12-14, 2018. The objective of ICCEE is to present the latest research and results of scientists (preferred students, PhD Students, and post-doc scientist) related to Computer and Electrical Engineering topics. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific fields.  

ICCEE was started in Phuket Island, Thailand in the year of 2008, and after the success of the first edition, it has been held annually from 2009 to 2017 in Dubai(UAE), Chengdu(China), Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris(France),Geneva(Switzerland), Paris(France),Barcelona(Spain), and Edmonton(Canada). With the successful experience over the past 10 years, we are confident that 2018 will witness an even greater success of the 11th edition of ICCEE.
