As a selected participant of AGLA, you may expect:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid knowledge gained through working experiences in one of the following regions: United States, EMEA, India and Southeast Asia
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a top university with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in one of the following areas: Business Development, Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, Cross-border trade, Investment, Logistics, HR, Finance, PR, Legal and Intellectual Property, Government Relationship
- Willingness to live and work in Hangzhou, China for at least 12 months
- Relocation flexibility upon graduation from AGLA program
- Ability to speak and write English fluently as a working language
