The “Youth Workers and Rural Heritage Development” project aims to give youth workers the tools to become protagonists of this rediscovery and promotion process. By participating in the project, in fact, operators will have the opportunity to participate in an online training course (between July and August), followed by a period of Job Shadowing in Santander (Spain).
Through the experience of Job Shadowing (in which operators from Armenia will also participate) operators will have the opportunity to acquire skills on the promotion of rural cultural heritage through direct observation of the daily activities of the Ser Joven organization.
To join, participants must have valid travel insurance and have taken the Covid-19 test with a negative result at the time of departure. In the case of a quick swab, it must be done in the 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of PCR test, it must be carried out in the 72 hours prior to arrival (the cost of the swab is included in the travel expenses).
A good knowledge of English is recommended.
During the entire duration of the activities, accommodation and meals are fully financed by the Erasmus + program.
Travel expenses are reimbursed within a ceiling set by the Erasmus + program of € 275.
Once selected, the participants will pay a fee of 30 euros , for the annual registration to the Joint Association.
