Fully Funded International Exchange Programs in Lithuania
This project invites you to explore solidarity through volunteer-driven cooperation among local host organization and the relation of humans to their physical environment and its importance in today’s world. Join this project and you will be able to promote solidarity and active citizenship by volunteering in a specific hosting organization, participating in and organizing solidarity events, etc. Tasks for a volunteer: – To plan, organize, lead (live or online) events for costumers (refugees, migrants) – To work in team with staff and volunteers – Prepare content for the center’s social media – Communication with international volunteers – Coordination of activities of other volunteers from foreign counties Writing fundraising letters to the possible donors; – Participation in a publicity event (university, school).
A private room in a shared flat with other international volunteers; public transport card; monthly food and pocket money.
On-arrival training; monthly meetings with your mentor; Lithuanian language class online.
You should have very good social skills working in a team and as an individual, have ability to organize, lead events (online also) for kids or adults. You should be responsible, accountable, independent, and cooperative, able to create activities consistently, be fearless of challenges and have good skills working with a computer.
