Mohamed Edabbar is a passionate creative social activist form Libya. At the local level, he works & volunteers for many NGOs that promote a healthy lifestyle and develops young people. He is a peer educator, advocator, leader, and trainer in the field of GBV, AIDS, SRHR & SDGs as well as a Focal Point at International Youth Peer education network / Y-PEER.
Mohamed is the Founder & Manager of Ambassadors of SDGs Project funded by Net-MED UNESCO (in progress). He is also involved in engaging the youths in the implementation of (NUA) new urban agenda special in the Cities undergoing to the crisis. Currently, he is the Regional Focal Point (MENA) of Habitat III, Working Group for United Nation Major Group for Children and Youth.
Recently, he became an OKYD Ambassador of the Global Ambassadors program for SDGs and is also working as translator/interpreter at diseasemaps platform.
He has worked in many projects, launched initiatives and collaborated to organized of many conferences with a wide spectrum of national, regional and international levels.
