Mohammed S. Al Haj was a teaching assistant at Hadhramout University, Yemen. He participated in Training and Qualifying Young Leaders Program of the Republic of Yemen where he developed leadership skills, expanded his understanding of civil society. He was a co-founder of Leader Initiative for empowering the youth in leadership skills; then after one year with his team, he established the Leader Foundation for empowering youth & Development. In addition, Mohammed has The President's Award for the Best Scientific Researchers, the fifth annual 2009-2010.

Moreover, after his graduation from high school, he authored a book, Mohammed has been selected to Precipitate at Entrepreneurship worships e.g.:  Global Startup Battle, Start-up Weekend -Aden, Block One workshop for the Entrepreneurs in Yemen, Sana: the U.S. Embassy, implementation of the Pioneers (ROWAD) Foundation. Lastly, he has a strong record on hold youth themselves to a higher standard than most, both on a personal and professional level, and to making Yemeni society better.
