We welcome you to join us in Hiroshima, Japan for the 5th Asian Conference on the Social Sciences and Sustainability (ACSUS 2018) on Wednesday and Thursday, August 1-2, 2018 at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Hiroshima. This conference will be held jointly with the 5th Asian Conference on the Arts, Humanities and Sustainability (ACAHS 2018) .

ACSUS 2018 will precede the 73rd Hiroshima Peace Memorial Ceremony . Please note that this is a small, international, peer-reviewed conference with a limited number of oral and poster presentation time slots. We encourage all interested participants to submit abstracts as early as possible. In addition to this conference participants will have an opportunity to visit Hiroshima Peace Park and the famous shrine island of Miyajima — both Peace Park and Miyajima are UNESCO World Heritage Sites
