Basically, youths can be motivated through non-formal learning, extending opportunities for youth and empowering them to become leaders in their society. I believe those main three points would help youth strongly in developing their communities and help overcome challenges they may face. I personally live in a third-world country where huge eagerness for greatness, more empowerment and more building is found. I’m also a debate coach, which presents a huge part of my personality and way of dealing/interacting with different issues. I believe debate is a huge helping tool in empowering interpersonal skills, public speaking, research methodologies, and most importantly, critical thinking. I also worked with couple startups in Palestine in both outreaching and marketing, which is another tool to help and empower youth to build their own future.
