Bishal Koirala is a last year student of Bachelor of Business Administration. He is working as CEO for Complete BBA Solution and Ensemble for Students. Previously, he was working as Accountant, at Ashirbad Paints Pvt. Ltd. His experience of working as volunteer was good. Mr. Koirala has already volunteered in more than 10 big national level events and also has organized local events 3 times. He has a good network with students because he has been working as CEO from past 3 years. Mr. Bishal believes in teamwork since everyone in the team can learn new things while working. His interests are hiking, trekking, social activist. He is compassionate, dedicated, and organized. Mr. Bishal also has participated in Public Speaking training and debating training for many times and also has got graduation from there.

How do you motivae the youths living in developing world for the better future?

I believe on team work and if it comes to motivate youths of developing countries. I first need to know about their basic needs, which up to some extend, I can because I am also a youth from Developing Country. As being a motivator of youth, I would like to help to resolve their personal or basic needs. After all, achieving a personal or basic needs only leads towards motivation for achieving more. I can motivate youth from developing countries by providing them a good knowledge and experience sharing of what I have gained from here or any other volunteering organization. I believe that OYA Opportunities is a platform for motivating youths from developing countries. Being an OYAOP Ambassadors, I will motivate youths by knowing and helping to solve their basic needs, listen and share my own and their experience about work and helping them on join new training which is held timely for public speaking, debating, conference etc.
