There are many tools to motivate the youth living in developing world for the better future.
As far as I'm concerned, let me draw the focus on the following which are seen as basic:
*Developing the creative and innovative potential
*Supporting innovation and creativity in young people in way relevant to employability
*I propose the "Youth Opportunity Initiative"(the government must take action to address the high youth unemployment rates, including better use Social Funds and more possibility
* "Youth Employment Package", all young people of 25 years old have to receive a quality offer of a job, continued education, training, etc
Youth on their side have to develop their soft skills acquired in non-formal learning, they have to know that competence they gain through non-formal learning are crucial for development entrepreneurship skills for the best future.
In addition, young people need support, however, to be in a position to consider selfemployment and entrepreneurship as viable options. This includes the simplification of administrative procedures, provision of information about social security systems, and better access to business incubators.
It involves the integration of entrepreneurship in education (formal and non-formal) from an early stage, involving youth organizations in developing these education programs.
