I as a realistic person have always believed in Lead by example. So to motivate the youth from developing world, I shall prove myself by enhancing my lawyer skills and being a competitive lawyer such that youths can take me as their role model and get positivity to do something innovative.
Next thing, the youths in developing world are slowly being frustrated by witnessing the unemployment, inequality and problems in access to resources. Thus, I shall use my network be that South Asia youths network or network of other countries around the work to work in a common platform. This shall form their network where people from diverse background can work together and help to bring infinity of talent in this community. The youths need to more focus on collaborating and joint efforts. I see youths from NGO/social sectors, entrepreneurs and young politicians initiating their campaigns in different directions. As a young and energetic population such youths from various background should cooperate and work together.
