Khadim Ndiaye is a training planning engineer, specialist in project management from Dakar, Senegal. He has been working in the city of Dakar since April 2014 in the planning and sustainable development department. In July 2017, he was recruited into an environmental project at the Dakar City Council, as a monitoring and evaluation officer.

Ndiaye is passionate about reading, traveling, taking initiative, development projects, research and sustainable development. He wants to be pragmatic and a catalyst for positive change for society and young people around the world.

Oya has offered him the opportunity to be useful to his country, he intends to seize this opportunity and lead his mission with humility, priesthood, and pragmatism.
