Mr. Shahadat is a young leader from Bangladesh who is the Founder & CEO of O.CREEDS, Dhaka, Bangladesh which is a youth-led Research Organization in Bangladesh that actively works on promotion of different professional practices to gather youths all around the country to share their knowledge for higher studies & tourism. He has already completed B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in 2009 and Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) on Disaster Management in Institute of Disaster Management and Vulnerability Study (IDMVS) of Dhaka University in 2012. He is also the final year M.Sc. student studying Water Resources Engineering in BUET, Bangladesh.

Professionally he is now working as a Junior Specialist at Institute of Water Modeling (IWM) since 2010 with various projects like Urban Drainage Mathematical Modeling, Water Supply Network Modeling and Climate Change Studies.

He has authored about 20 papers in International & National journals and conference proceedings to Environment, Water, and Climate Changes issues in respect of Bangladesh. Although his dissertation focuses on a single topic, other areas that interest for his future research stems from his goal of developing improved Analytical Models and methods for design, evaluation, and upgrade of Solid Waste Management, Watershed Modeling, Water Quality Modeling, Urban Drainage, Disaster Management and Water Resources Engineering subjected to proper planning and implementations.

He was awarded a Masters Research fellowship of a Short-Term student exchange program 2015 at Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Saitama University, Japan from 6 - 18 January 2015. He also has won awards for Creative writing, literary mind, and Sustainable Solid Waste Management in Bangladesh from ICCAD, IUB Bangladesh in 2016. He also a winner of ISWA-SWIS Winter School-2018 at University of Texas at Arlington, USA.
