Modou is the CEO/Founder of iTalent Consultancy Firm in The Gambia and has significant Experience in Human Resource Management and have helped major brands like Elton Oil, Total Energia Company, G4s Security Solutions in meeting their labor demands by being their sole recruiter. He attended the International Community College (ICC Gambia) and graduated with Highest Distinction that earned him immediate admissions in Major UK Universities like University of Sunderland and University of South Wales.

He has transpired his divergence views and became an entrepreneur as well which got to be known as Mandy’s Ice Candy. This attracted International Feature with the Nottingham Mojatu Magazine in it Black History Month Edition and also a Feature on the Youth Initiative Magazine where he now works as an Editor of the UN for Drugs and Crime. He has got conferment from A World as a Global Youth Ambassador for his work in improvement in education throughout the world. He was also later conferred as among the 100 young world Leaders of Humanity by the Young World Leaders International Board. He is now serving as an International Outreach and Communication Advisory.

Modou doesn't even stop there but went further to be one of the first design thinkers in the Gambia and helping to generate business value ideas for people with no innovative skills and wants to start an initiative but don’t know how.
