Nazanin Javadova is a young social entrepreneur from Azerbaijan. She is the founder and managing director of “Talent port.Co”- first socially responsible and innovative youth employment agency in Azerbaijan. Moreover, she is an alumnus of AIESEC in Azerbaijan.

In 2012 she started her career as an event and communications manager. She organized the first Azerbaijani “Start-Up fest", "Youth Forum Promoting Global Goals of the United Nations" with 300 delegates and number of free workshops for students. After graduating from Western University with honors, she worked for different projects of Formula 1, European Commission, Google, and many others.
In 2017 Nazanin was elected as "Youth Ambassador" of the Azerbaijani Republic. In addition to Azerbaijani language, Nazanin is fluent in Russian, English, and Turkish. She is an advocate for the animal rights and passionate about women entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.
