Nini is a lady who originates from Lesotho. Currently she is a business management student at the African Leadership College in Mauritius. She is also a CEO of Rosemor Catering and a co-founder of NIP Capital, a money remittance company that allows cross border trade. Furthermore, she is a co-founder of Project Excel, a youth-led outreach program whose main aim is to bring forth social, academic, economic, spiritual and psychological success and effective, systematic long term solutions to challenges the youth are facing in their day to day life.
Previously, she attended Machabeng International College of Lesotho, where she did her International Baccalaureate diploma. During this period, she was Vice President of the Student Representative Council. This role led her to attaining the International Understanding Award for being a good representative of Lesotho, having a positive attitude toward the life and culture of others, for being a contributing force to the life of the school by bringing students together into a sense of community and furthering the cause of International understanding in Machabeng College in 2014. Moreover, upon her completion of her diploma, she was labelled as one of the top students in Machabeng College during the year of 2014. She has also participates multiple times in the Lesotho Math and Science national fair, where she received first position in 2007 and 2009.
She is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation and technology. She believes that developing countries have unleashed potential that can only flourish if stereotypes about success are changed. When she is not glued to her laptop screen reading about her favorite Silicon Valley entrepreneurs who have decided to challenge stereotypes and think outside the box, she is watching her favorite series, which is Silicon Valley.
