- Have completed bachelors or masters program with sufficient credit and academic threshold to Higher Degree Research in Australia
- Meet the minimum requirements of English language proficiency
- Be an international citizen other than citizens from Australia and New Zealand neither permanent resident in Australia
- Apply for the scholarship before 30 September
