About position

The incumbent will have to work with the dynamic team of diverse culture, ethics, and nationalities. In general, the assistant professor will engage in academic activities like teaching, tutoring, evaluating and marking assignments, scholarships, and so on. At the same time, the position holder will be advising and providing feedback to the students regarding their academic performance.

In addition to that, the assistant professor might need to participate and contribute to different researches activities and projects. The position holder will also be accountable for organizing workshops, academic development sessions and experiments whenever necessary. Furthermore, s/he might need to fulfill any other tasks as per the direction of Department or administration.

Requirements

In order to be eligible for the position of Assistant Professor of Management at California State University, a candidate must have the following qualifications

• Ph.D. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from an AACSB accredited institution. However, applicants nearing completion of the doctorate (ABD) can also apply.
• In addition to that, evidence of successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level. Experience of teaching at the graduate level as well will be an asset.
• Similarly, a record of publications in scholarly journals.
