About position
The Business School of the university is seeking qualified and experienced Business graduate to join the Department of Marketing at the university.
In particular, the position holder will perform the following duties
- Contribute to the development of the Marketing subject area within the Management Subject Group. Also, provide strategic direction to the Marketing research group.
- Similarly, contribute to teaching, have line management responsibilities and guide Marketing colleagues in achieving their career objectives.
- Aid the University’s objective of growing our academic reputation for research-informed and engaged student learning in the UK and overseas.
- Publishing high-quality research outputs in the Marketing discipline.
- Generate research income and deliver impact through personal research, and by leading and mentoring colleagues in the subject group.
- Helping students with assessments and coursework as well as supervising postdoctoral researches.
- Furthermore, complete tasks assigned by the department and administration.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Marketing, Business, or relevant field. In addition to that, the track record of publishing high quality 3* and 4* research outputs in the Marketing discipline.
- Experience in research-led teaching. Leadership achievement including management experience in higher education
- High-quality teaching/learning and research programs.
- An ability to deliver teaching internationally, nationally (UK) and online
