Position: Postdoc in Immuno-oncology at Department of Chemistry, Technical University of Denmark

Position role

In general, the main responsibility of the position is the immunological characterization and vaccine development in the project. In addition to that, s/he will work independently and coordinate your research with the other team members. Furthermore, interact with students and co-supervise those projects. Additionally, the candidate might need to perform some teaching responsibilities, mainly involving laboratory courses.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications

• A Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in cell biology and/or immunology with a strong background in experimental research. In addition to that, interest in chemical biology and vaccine development and a desire to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
• A documented track record in immunology research. However, xperience with glycobiology is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• A strong commitment to research as well as enthusiasm for working with research students. Furthermore, independence and good communication skills.
