The University of Leeds opens a vacancy for the Head of the Employment Relations Division at the Faculty of Business.
- The working duration for the post is 37.5 hours per week.
- The incumbents will monitor Grade 9 and 10 students.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will do the following duties as the Head of the Employment Relations Division
- He/she will lead and manage the Work and Employment Relations Division, maximizing strategic opportunities arising from the changing landscape of higher education and the University’s strategic plan
- Additionally, he/she should lead and deliver excellence in research and education.
- Also, the incumbent should be an active member of the University’s Leadership Forum and the Faculty of Business Executive Leadership Team
- He/she will promote a coordinated approach to delivering innovative strategic academic development.
- Furthermore, he/she should take on a significant and complex leadership role in the Faculty and must be able to lead with a clear vision, engaging others across the Division, Faculty, and University.
