Duties
The incumbent will do the following duties
- Open/close program area/classrooms: place program signs, unlock and supervise entrance designated for Pierce College student traffic, assist faculty by distributing classroom keys and instructional computers and set-up and troubleshooting technology.
- Also, Serve as point of contact for faculty, academic support staff, students, and Graham-Kapowsin High School staff in lieu of manager.
- Record-keeping/Reporting:
- Additionally, Track student activity; compile and enter data gathered through daily records, informal surveys, and through Student Management System and Tableau.
- Student Support:
- Furthermore, Support student success through reception, wayfinding, and orienting students to site and program services, etc.
- Outreach/Promotion:
- Also, Promote Pierce College At Graham program at high-school sponsored events, e.g. Family Nights, Curriculum Events, restocking promotional material at high schools.
Qualifications
