Duties
The candidate will do the following duties
- Provide executive leadership and oversight to all Registrar’s Office functions.
- Also, oversee the examination and validation of all aspects of student academic records and the accuracy of such.
- Furthermore, establish effective relationships with faculty and academic partners across campus, collaborating on issues relating to curriculum, university policies, and other areas of Registrar responsibility.
- Additionally, oversee all commencement ceremonies.
- Ensure the accurate awarding of academic credit in accordance with university policy.
- Oversee centralized scoring services.
- Similarly, work closely and collaboratively with partners on campus to ensure appropriate security of data and protection of sensitive and personally identifiable information.
- Oversee course scheduling and exam scheduling.
- Moreover, in coordination with the Faculty Senate and the Academic Coordinating Commission, maintain and publish the university catalog.
- Likewise, coordinate the publishing of the academic calendar and related calendars.

Qualifications
Minimum
- Master’s degree
- Also, a minimum of five years of executive management experience in higher education registrar’s office or seven years of progressive operational management experience in a registrar’s office.
- Similarly, significant experience in managing staff.
- Demonstrated commitment to working effectively and inclusively with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds and social identities.
Salary
- Starting salary range is $88,700 – $103,500, commensurate with experience; includes an excellent benefits package.
