Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong proven soft skills in: communication, negotiation, objection handling, influencing, problem solving, strategic thinking and collaboration
- 2-5 years of supply chain management experience (customer service, planning etc.)
- Excellent MS office package skills (especially MS excel)
- Fluency in English as well as Hungarian
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships: internally across functions and externally with the customer’s key decision-makers
- Assess the customer: their logistics requirements, capabilities and emerging needs
- Create supply chain customer business plans and implement them to deliver results
- Likewise, lead quantification efforts to support reinvestment of logistics savings and help the CBD team to commercialize into volume and share growth opportunities
- Also, improve and align inter-company processes: impact on product flow, information flow and financial flow
- In addition, increase organizational capacity and capability: actively work across the team, P&G and customer organizations to achieve team effectiveness and build customer trust
- Furthermore, manage the supply trade term negotiations, implementation and compliance as necessary
