About position

Are you crazy about games and DC movies? then this position is for you. Warnes Bros is seeking highly qualified gaming master to join the technical team of Game Designing in San Franchisco. You will join the dynamic team of designers and technicians.

In particular, the Senior Game Economy Designer performs the following tasks

• Plan, document, fully design, and implement a F2P game economy.
• Similarly, analyze data from a Live product, and tune/adjust game economy parameters in order to affect Live metrics.
• Work closely with the PM team to review and design monetization-based analytics.
• Provide new feature recommendations that improve monetization and retention.
• Also, monitor and assist PM team with post-launch tournaments and events.
• Furthermore, performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience and success. In addition to that, 3-5 years designing and owning mobile free to play the economy.
• Also, at least 2 years in free to play games.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Similarly, proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Must be expert level with Excel.
• Ability to negotiate and form a consensus as well the ability to make data-driven decisions.
