Job Summary
Under the supervision and guidance of Operations Manager, the Human Resources Associate acts a business partner to his/her CO clients. To do this, the HR Associate applies a client-oriented approach to implement business solutions in key HR areas.
Duties
- Interprets and provides advice to Country Office (CO) staff on key HR policies, in liaison with East and Central Asian Regional Office (ECARO) HR and the Global Shared Service Center (GSSC), where applicable:
- Also, the incumbent keeps abreast of ongoing corporate HR policies, systems, and best practices as part of the global HR reform and its impact at the CO level.
- Additionally, he/she analyzes verifies and provides informed advice to staff on relevant HR policy and guidance on areas such as benefits, entitlements, leave, etc.
- Likewise, the candidate liaises with GSSC on the implementation and processing of all issues related to HR administration of CO staff.
Qualifications
- Completion of high education (minimum bachelor degree), preferably related to the work of the organization, Human Resources, business administration, management, or another relevant technical field.
- Additionally, a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in HR, administration, or operations management.
- Also, work experience in international organizations will be an asset.
- Furthermore, fluency in English and Russian. Working knowledge of the local language (Kyrgyz) would be an asset.
