Position: Proposal Writer for Federal Pass-through Funding Opportunities
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a global humanitarian aid, relief, and development nongovernmental organization. It is currently working on about 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities where it resettles refugees and helps them become self-sufficient. Moreover, it focuses mainly on health, education, economic wellbeing, power, and safety.
The International Rescue Committee is seeking highly qualified and dynamic Proposal Writer with years of experience. In general, the incumbent will assist the IRC USP offices in its proposal development for federal pass-through funding. Duties and responsibilities include in but not limited to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)/Welfare to Work, Community Development Block Grant, and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment & Training (SNAP E&T) opportunities.
