Sales Representative job is vacant to apply at the Essity, Health and Medical Solutions (BSN) team to cover the portion of north east. This position is responsible for rapidly accelerating growth of Advanced Wound Care within a defined territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives
  • Also, to nurture existing relationships with key decision makers to accelerate growth in BSN products
  • In order to understand the key issues/concerns, including challenges and opportunities of the customer that continually push the business forward
  • Moreover, to understand Financial Business Models and conduct analysis
  • Further more to increase overall sales volume of Advanced Wound Care products within a designated regional territory by attaining or exceeding established sales objective
  • Also, to establish product evaluations within accounts to lead to initial orders.
  • Moreover, to drive strategies and activities that will further penetrate new accounts
  • Also, to work in conjunction with various BSN sales teams to maximize business development within the assigned territory
  • Perform in-service training of key customer base on all product lines
  • Input call data into SalesForce.com on a daily basis
  • Provide up to date and accurate forecasting and sales funnel activity for the assigned territory in SFDC on a daily basis
  • Also, to maintain account records & recording calls in CRM of territory activity
  • Moreover, to submit all reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • 5 years prior sales experience within the wound care industry and an additional overall sales experience of at least 5+years is preferred

Other Requirements

  • Proven effective training and teaching skills.
  • Valid US driver’s license.
  • Proven problem solving abilities and excellent people skills critical.
  • Strong team leadership skills necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to plan and organize time, schedules, and paperwork.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel overnight 50% as required throughout specified territory
  • Knowledge of internal operations
