Demand & Distribution Planning Specialist is available in the Unilever office in Russia. Unilever is one of the world’s leading consumer goods company. Unilever is one of the oldest multinational companies; its products are available in around 190 countries. This position is in the Supply Chain sector of the company. The company owns more than 400 brands, which are organised into four main categories – Foods, Refreshments, Home Care, and Beauty and Personal Care. The position will be responsible to keep up with the distribution between the regional distribution centers to achieve the main goal of the demand forecasting department to have the right product in the right place.

Key Responsibilities of the Incumbent

• Participation in the process of continuous review and improvement of forecasting techniques
• Likewise, maintain data up to date: Model and Data maintenance
• Impact determination and prediction accuracy measurement
• In addition, creating a statistical forecast and clearing the history, tracking key events in the history, analyzing and tracking out / outstanding events
• Also, analysis of the forecast for key customers, its integration into the sales forecast
• Similarly, management of distribution to the company’s regional warehouses (calculation of need, timely formation of shipment)
• Furthermore, responsibility for the level of service in regional warehouses

Qualifications and Requirements

• Higher degree education
• In addition, PC skills with special software (Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MSWord)
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar field – Forecast / Planning Department
• Also, attention to numbers
• Moreover, willingness and ability to work with large amounts of data
• Responsibility as well as decision making
