Cardno currently has a newly created opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join its global IT team based in its Fortitude Valley head office. The role will be offered on an initial 6-month fixed term contract with potential for 6-month extension.

Your primary focus will be to assess and define business requirements for various Information Systems initiatives, work collaboratively between our International Development division and Global IT & Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted business partner with Cardno’s International Development division globally
• Conduct a review and analysis of business requirements for various Information System solution
• Assessment and evaluation of systems and products through to the implementation of product trials
• Writing technical documentation
• Development and presentation of technical workshops and training

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Information Technology and or Business
• Demonstrated experience leading the evaluation and assessment of information systems
• Demonstrated experience in delivering Information Systems projects including the setup and configuration of systems
• Technical skills in the configuration of systems and executing test cycles for applications testing
• Demonstrated experience consulting with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations and influencing outcomes
• Demonstrated experience leveraging vendors and partnerships for advice, information and resourcing
